LADIES THAT CRUNCH

A 45-minute circuit-based session that aims to improve all aspects of fitness. A ladies-only class to allow members to train at their own level in a fun and friendly environment. I have adapted the old style of circuit training to develop an up-to-date class that focuses on key trouble zones for women. By isolating these areas, you will tone up and sculpt your body whilst losing weight and improving your overall fitness.

 

Limited to 10 members, these classes offer a relaxed atmosphere where everybody gets to work together towards their desired goals in a private gym facility. The classes are totally adaptable to each individual client and are therefore tailored

to help you achieve your own desired health and fitness goals.

Mondays @ 1.45pm

Thursdays @ 9.30am

 

HIT-TRAINING

High intensity 45-minute class based around
the principles of anaerobic training. A mixed class for those people looking to maintain and improve high levels of fitness. This class offers a range of strengthening and endurance based exercises to promote muscle development and fat loss.

 

A great class to really challenge your physical fitness whilst giving you new techniques to keep your training fun and varied. Muscle isolation
and speed intervals push you to new limits and help develop your personal motivation and determination.

Thursdays @ 8.30pm
