I have been studying the arts of Kickboxing and Muay Thai for over 14 years. I am a 1st Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing and a 2nd Dan Red Instructor in Muay Thai. I am a lead Instructor for Chelmsford City Muay Thai.
Martial Arts is proving to be an excellent way to build strength, lose weight and improve cardiovascular fitness. By incorporating these styles into my classes and personal training sessions, clients see improvements in coordination, stamina, and flexibility as well as motivation and determination.
Whilst training clients from all backgrounds, I have developed a style that allows elements of martial arts to support and enhance the traditional cardiovascular and resistance exercises commonly relied upon my trainers.
This allows each session to be varied and challenging whilst you learn a new skill
alongside working towards your fitness goals.
If you are simply wanting to improve your overall fitness, compete to a high standard or simply learn some fun ways to train, the benefits of Muay Thai and Kickboxing are huge. I pride myself on being able to offer versatility to your training programme that keeps you motivated and enjoying your fitness journey.

As a fully qualified and experienced teacher of Physical Education, I have developed a junior curriculum aimed at teaching children the art of Muay Thai. My curriculum focuses on balance and coordination whilst developing both physical and mental strength. Competition is available to
those students who wish to participate and have the skills necessary to compete at a good level.
Leadership Awards; Students who have shown self-motivation, perseverance and determination can apply to join the leadership award. Working towards a Bronze, Silver or Gold award allows them to learn leadership skills such as communication and patience. Such skills develop well rounded and confident children that have the opportunity to become strong and independent adults. I find that this scheme is an asset to Chelmsford City Muay Thai and has achieved incredible results with many students.
