If you cannot make the classes, are wanting to gain a base line level of fitness or are simply wanting some 1-2-1 tuition to really hone your new skills, personal training is a great option that can achieve results much faster. I teach in a private gym facility where we have sole use of the space and therefore there is no waiting for equipment or dealing with other gym users and therefore clients feel totally confident and self-assured in this unique training zone.
You can block book individual or small group sessions that will be totally unique and specific to
your own training goals. The sessions are 1 hour in length and will adapt to you as you
see improvements over time. Whether they are totally martial arts based or fully fitness orientated, I work alongside you every step to ensure
you reach your own health and fitness goals.
I offer nutritional advice and support to help you improve all areas of your lifestyle to ensure you have every opportunity to be successful.
