By simply entering this site, I am assuming you are looking for a new challenge and wanting to make a positive change to your current lifestyle. You have definitely made the hardest step already and this is now the start of your health and fitness journey.

 

Amongst the huge choice that is out there now for people wanting to improve their health and fitness, it is difficult to know which route to take, so my advice to you is this; go with your gut! If you are wanting a large, corporate gym environment that offers masses of craze classes and hordes of members, then unfortunately, I am not the right choice for you.

 

However if you are wanting to find a niche training environment that offers a very personal and supportive experience then keep reading.

 

We use a private studio designed for small

classes and 1-2-1 training, offering friendly and

relaxed classes where you cannot hide at the back behind rows of unfamiliar faces and an instructor

who doesn’t know your name. The familiar individual training techniques will be purely focused around your own fitness goals. If this is the type of environment you are looking for then I look forward to hearing from you. LADIES THAT CRUNCH

A 45-minute circuit-based session that aims to improve all aspects of fitness. A ladies-only class to allow members to train at their own level in a fun and friendly environment. I have adapted the old style of circuit training to develop an up-to-date class that focuses on

key trouble zones for women. By isolating

these areas, you will tone up and sculpt your body whilst losing weight and improving

your overall fitness.

 

Limited to 10 members, these classes offer a relaxed atmosphere where everybody gets to work together towards their desired goals in

a private gym facility. The classes are totally adaptable to each individual client and are therefore tailored to help you achieve your

own desired health and fitness goals.

Mondays @ 1.45pm

Thursdays @ 9.30am

 

HIT-TRAINING

High-intensity 45-minute class based

around the principles of anaerobic training.

A mixed class for those people looking to maintain and improve high levels of fitness. This class offers a range of strengthening

and endurance based exercises to promote muscle development and fat loss.

 

A great class to really challenge your physical fitness whilst giving you new techniques to keep your training fun and varied. Muscle isolation and speed intervals push you to

new limits and help develop your personal motivation and determination.

I have been studying the arts of Kickboxing and Muay Thai for over 14 years. I am a 1st Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing and a 2nd Dan Red Instructor in Muay Thai. I am a lead Instructor for Chelmsford City Muay Thai.

Martial Arts is proving to be an excellent way to build strength, lose weight and improve cardiovascular fitness. By incorporating these styles into my classes and personal training sessions, clients see improvements in coordination, stamina, and flexibility as well as motivation and determination.

 

Whilst training clients from all backgrounds, I have developed a style that allows elements of martial arts to support and enhance the traditional

cardiovascular and resistance exercises commonly relied upon my trainers. This allows each session to be varied and challenging whilst you learn a new

skill alongside working towards your fitness goals.

 

If you are simply wanting to improve your overall fitness, compete to a high standard or simply learn some fun ways to train, the benefits of Muay Thai and Kickboxing are huge. I pride myself on being able to offer versatility to your training programme that keeps you motivated and enjoying your fitness journey.

 

Adult Muay Thai (90 minutes)

As a fully qualified and experienced teacher of Physical Education, I have developed a junior curriculum aimed at teaching children the art of Muay Thai. My curriculum focuses on balance and coordination whilst developing both physical and mental strength. Competition is

available to those students who wish to participate and have the skills necessary to compete at a good level.

 

Leadership Awards; Students who have shown self-motivation, perseverance and determination can apply to join the leadership award. Working towards a Bronze, Silver or Gold award allows them to learn leadership skills such as communication and patience. Such skills develop well rounded and confident children that have the opportunity to become strong and independent adults. I find that this scheme is an asset to Chelmsford City Muay Thai and has achieved incredible results with many students.

If you cannot make the classes, are wanting to gain a base line level of fitness or are simply wanting some 1-2-1 tuition to really hone your new skills, personal training is a great

option that can achieve results much faster. I teach in a private gym facility where we have sole use of the space and therefore there is no waiting for equipment or dealing with other gym users and therefore clients feel

totally confident and self-assured in this unique training zone.

You can block book individual or small group sessions that will be totally unique and specific to

your own training goals. The sessions are 1 hour in length

and will adapt to you as you

see improvements over time. Whether they are totally martial

arts based or fully fitness orientated, I work alongside

you every step to ensure

you reach your own health and fitness goals.

I offer nutritional advice and support to help you improve all areas of your lifestyle to ensure you have every opportunity to

be successful.
